Forward Development Group specializes in identifying and executing high quality multi-family, senior living, and retail developments in carefully targeted markets.​ We partner with a diverse range of equity sources, including institutional groups, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, to bring these opportunities to fruition.

 

Our investment strategy focuses on the Midwest, specifically the greater Madison, Wisconsin area. The Madison market consistently ranks among the top in the Country for the multi-family asset class. Fundamentals such as strong employment, continued population growth, and ideal tenant demographics all centered around a University-based City drive strong demand, absorption, and rent growth in the multi-family sector.  

 

Throughout the entitlement, construction, and operational phase of development, Forward Development Group seeks to maximize performance and return for our investors through a comprehensive asset management approach. Our typical investment horizon ranges from 5 to 10 years, subject to favorable macroeconomic conditions, after which we exit through the sale of stabilized, income-producing assets.
