DIVISIONS
Forward Development Group
Forward Development Group is organized into three distinct divisions, FDG Commercial, FDG Land and FDG Holdings, each comprising affiliated entities with independent balance sheets. Active pipeline projects, whether in the entitlement phase or under construction, are managed within either FDG Commercial or FDG Land, depending on the asset class. Upon completion and stabilization, projects are either sold or transitioned to FDG Holdings for long-term management.
FDG Land
The Land Division includes raw land assets in various stages of entitlement and development. The Land Division primarily consists of single family residential communities but also encompasses land development activities which deliver improvements to support projects in the Commercial Division.
FDG Commercial
The Commercial Division includes assets in the following key classes: multi-family, senior living, retail, hospitality, and office. The status of these assets ranges from acquisition, design/entitlement, construction, and operational (pre-stabilization).
FDG Holdings
FDG Holdings includes operational commercial assets which have stabilized and are cashflowing. The holding company creates reinvestment opportunities, enhances financial resilience, and contributes to the overall value and growth of FDG's real estate portfolio.
