FDG is a private real estate development entity based in Verona, Wisconsin. With roots in land development, FDG has transformed raw land and real property into improved commercial and residential assets. Specific experience includes developing the following asset classes: multi-family, single family, senior living, commercial/retail, office, and hospitality.
The vision of FDG, in principle, is simple - to drive profitable growth by being the company that best understands and satisfies market demand through the delivery of high-quality real estate assets whose long-standing impact will be felt and appreciated for years to come.
Since the company’s formation in 2010, substantial investment in a wide range of projects has resulted in upwards of $50,000,000 in land transactions and $250,000,000 in vertical construction.

FDG's Land Division includes raw land assets in various stages of entitlement and development. The Land Division primarily consists of single family residential communities but also encompasses land development activities which deliver improvements to support projects in the Commercial Division.
